- Independent brands run, owned, or managed by the designer or their close circle.
- Creative businesses rooted in authenticity, originality, and craftsmanship.
✧ Our Production Standards:
- All collections are made in small production runs.
- Items are produced locally or directly by the designer or artisan, wherever possible.
- We support fair, traceable, and transparent supply chains.
✧ We Do Not Tolerate:
- Sweatshop labor
- Child labor
- Forced, bonded, or trafficked labor
✧ Materials We Allow:
- No farmed fur, exotic skins, or feathers.
- Leathers (cow, lamb) are accepted only as a by-product of the food industry.
- Wood must be sustainably sourced, recycled, or made from off-cuts.
- We do not support illegal logging or deforestation practices.
✧ Wellness & Beauty Standards:
- We encourage natural, non-synthetic, plant-based ingredients.
- Products must not be tested on animals—neither the ingredients nor the finished item.
✧ Fair Pay & Brand Empowerment:
- The majority of every sale is paid directly to the designer.
- This enables fair wages, better-quality materials, and lower environmental impact.
✧ Authentic Design Only:
- All pieces are original, proprietary, and designed for LUMEME.
- Items are produced under the close supervision of the brand.
- We do not support counterfeit or copied work.

- LUMEME is working toward carbon neutrality by 2030.
- We follow a model of continuous improvement, and encourage our brand partners to do the same.
