Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, certificates, or accessories intact.
  • Only full-price, non-custom items are eligible for return.
  • Made-to-order, custom, personalized, or limited-edition artworks are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Items purchased as sale (clearly marked) are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear (if hygiene stickers are removed or packaging is opened)
  • Underwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel
  • Earrings and all pierced jewelry
  • Skin touch items that have been opened, unsealed, or used
  • Hair accessories
  • Face masks
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Made-to-order and pre-order pieces
  • Artworks, collectible pieces, and limited-edition collaborations (depending on artist agreement)
  • Sale or clearance items marked Sale
  • Items returned with missing packaging or signs of wear

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at returns@lumeme.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label (where applicable).
  3. Returned items must be ready to be picked up within 3 business days of approval.*

Note: Returns shipped after the allowed window may be declined.

Refund Options

Original Payment Refund

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Store Credit (with added benefit)

  • You may opt for store credit instead of a refund.
  • We will add +1% bonus credit based on the returned item’s value.
  • Store credit must be used toward a different item, not the same piece originally purchased.

Condition Verification

All returned items undergo a quality inspection once received.

We may decline the return if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • The product has been altered or handled improperly
  • Lumeme special tag has been removed
  • The item falls into the non-returnable category

If a return is declined, the item will be returned back to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Packaging photos (if damaged)

We will prioritize your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
