“Fashion, for me, is architecture in motion — a way to translate emotion, structure, and identity into garments that empower the women who wear them.” Founded by Ecuadorian-German designer Sarah Erazo Zindler, SEZ® Atelier is a Prêt-à-Couture fashion house that explores the relationship between architecture, craftsmanship, and feminine identity. Born in Quito, Ecuador, Sarah Erazo Zindler developed an early fascination with craftsmanship and silhouette. Her creative journey led her across some of the world’s most influential fashion capitals. She studied Fashion Technology and Design in Paris, later specializing in Bridal Design and Fashion Business in Barcelona, where she refined her technical approach to couture construction and contemporary design. During her international formation, Sarah collaborated with renowned designers including Zac Posen, Reem Acra, Emmanuelle Ungaro, Pascal Millet, Raimon Bundó, and Fannie Schiavoni. These experiences shaped her understanding of haute couture craftsmanship while inspiring her to develop a distinctive aesthetic language of her own. At the heart of SEZ® Atelier lies a commitment to architectural pleating, sculptural silhouettes, and meticulous craftsmanship. Each garment is carefully constructed to explore the balance between minimalism and dramatic volume, creating pieces that feel both refined and expressive. Rather than following seasonal trends, the brand approaches fashion as a timeless dialogue between structure and emotion. Today, Sarah Erazo Zindler leads her Prêt-à-Couture Atelier in Quito, where each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with precision.
